The eFax Corporate Zoom App allows you to send and receive faxes directly from your Zoom application. Easily view and track your complete history of inbound and outbound faxes without leaving Zoom, while accessing all Zoom App features.
To install the app, log-in to your zoom account and go to the Apps tab on your home screen. Click “Add Apps”, and type “eFax Corporate” in the search bar. Click the “Get” button to install.
To use the app, insert your fax number and password. Click “Login”.
To send a fax, type in the recipient’s fax number and full name. Click “Choose Files” to upload any attachments. Click “Send Fax”.
Click “View Sent Faxes” to access your last 5 outbound faxes.
Click “View Received Faxes” to access your last 5 inbound faxes.
To uninstall the app, go to “My Apps” on your Zoom home screen. Go to the eFax Corporate icon and click the “Remove” button.
