How Do I Send Faxes with eFax Messenger?
eFax Messenger® saves you time by letting you view, annotate, sign and send your faxes online, without having to print or scan them.
- Click New Fax. The Create window opens.
- Enter the recipient information. There are two ways to do so:

Type the recipient’s fax number in the To field. Multiple recipients can be entered into the field.

Choose contacts from the eFax Messenger Address Book. To do so, click the Address Book icon (
). When the Address Book opens, select the recipient and click Add to Fax. Repeat this for each recipient to be added.

- If you would like a copy of the sent fax sent to your own eFax number, check Send Copy to Me.
- Enter the Subject of the fax and an Attention name.
- To add a new page to the fax, click the Add New Page (+) button in the sidebar and choose the type of page to add. There are three options for creating new fax pages:

Blank Page – Adds a completely blank page to the fax.

Cover Page – Adds a preformatted cover page to the fax. This page is automatically added as the first page and only one cover page can be added to a fax. The option will be grayed out once added.

Import File – This will import an image or PDF file as a fax page.

- To add other types of documents, click “Attach file” and select the file to upload.
- Once the fax is complete, click Send Fax to send.
