Find Your Stored Faxes Easily Anytime

Faxes you’ve sent and received through eFax will always be accessible from your secure Message Center portal online.

From your Message Center, you can organize your faxes for storage – making them easier to retrieve. For example, you can create customized folders for your faxes – such as by client, or by type of fax (“Signed Contracts,” “Blueprints,” etc.). This can make locating even your oldest or most obscure faxes fast and easy.

Tag and Search for Your Faxes to Make Online Retrieval Even Easier

You can also apply “tags,” or keyword categories, to organize your faxes in your eFax Message Center.

The tags you create are completely customizable. You can make a tag for “purchase agreement,” for example, and append this tag to all faxes that include a purchase agreement. That way, when you need to reference certain faxes in the future, you can simply search for the tag you want. You can tag and search for any fax stored in your Message Center, and each fax can have multiple tags.
